    These brown rice flakes are lovely but do require a lot more cooking than it says. I simmer them on low heat for about 5 minutes or so then bring to boil then simmer for another 5 minutes. They are perfect then.

    These are a lovely alternative to porridge oats they do need soaking if you want the same creamy consistency but I do them with almond milk and the are absolutely yummy
